Photos can be deceiving. Actual place is dirty. Early check-in (an hour early) to be charged additional fee of IDR 50,000 eventhough the room was vacant. They keep your original ID during your whole stay there. Like why? Just take a photo of it, or photocopy it. They only provide ONE TOWEL, like seriously? No soap provided (i kinda expected this) No proper vent for the bathroom (prepare for times after taking dump) We were placed in a room right by the motorbike parking area. SO FRIGGIN NOISY. Other than motorbike noise, there was construction across, and also other tenants being too enthusiastic while talking/bantering. Reception area is small and smelled of cigs. The staff was also unfriendly and not helpful.

I understand this place is cheap (we paid idr357k for 2-night stay), but with just 50k more, you can get a proper hotel nearby for 2-night stay. My husband and I left D'Paragon on the same day we checked in. We just couldnt stay there eventhough we already paid. Thats how bad...

Sorry I can't recommend this place to anyone. We had to leave only after a few hours of staying and abandoned our entire 2 days reservation. There's an additional 50k charge if you wish to check in early even if room is unoccupied. We arrived at 1200, check in time is at 1400.

They KEEP your ID the ENTIRE time of your stay. It is as if you haven't paid already, bizarre. If you're not traveling alone, then you're screwed because only ONE towel is provided per room. Bathroom is wet and smelly, no extractor fan, just a vent. Room is TINY and a lot worse than the photos they advertise. Stain everywhere. Bedcover torned and stained as well.

Sound proofing is non existent. You can hear people walking past your door, people outside, next door neighbor, constructions, etc. If you are a light sleeper, no sleep for you.

Staff are unfriendly and people smoke in the reception room. Reception is looking really dirty too.

Don't be fooled by the price. With an extra 20k, you'll get a room at a proper...

Hotel rasa kos kosan.

PERCAYALAH YANG NGASIH BINTANG 5 ITU PASTI DARI MANAGEMENT HOTEL NYA.

Jujur gw di aplikasi memesan untuk kamar deluxe yang gw pikir kamarnya bakal gede, eh deluxe nya rasa superior yang bahkan ga layak buat dikatakan sebuah hotel, kos kosan sih lebih tepatnya. KASUR GATAL DAN AGAK LEMBAB, NYAMUK NYA BUKAN MAIN BANYAKNYA.

Lokasi gaakan sesuai dengan photo yang dipampangin di google maps, bukan di jalan besar melainkan masuk ke dalam, yaa lebih strategis untuk orang orang yang pake aplikasi ijo dibanding untuk keluarga.

Pelayanan, Awalnya gw salah mesan menggunakan aplikasi Agod, kemudian gw kembali memesan menggunakan travelok, gw meminta bantuan untuk cancel yang di apl agod* dengan pengembalian biaya, tetapi ditolak dengan alasan non refund untuk hotel alias kos kosannya. padahal gw udah nginap juga di hari yang berbeda, masa gaada pengecualian untuk hal itu.

KESIMPULAN: hotel alias koskosan INI ga layak dan sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk kalian yg tujuannya liburan bersama keluarga, sesak didalam kamarnya karna sempit kek kos kosan, pelayanan juga 0 BESAR, wifi lemot DAN BUAT SINTING KALO BUAT BROWSING.
