Air Terjun Kakek Bodo — Attraction in East Java

Hello im so happy today becoz.. again i made up going to kakek bodo waterfall yayy.. it was really fun .. coz again i made my own solo travel .. yppy. Give a clapp hoho. So far the travel hournwy was quiet smooth. So i go by around 9 am today by gojek so i was looking for bus to bungurasih and then i look for bus to pandaan. I should have got non ac bus necause it stopped by to pandaan right away. But the bus condectur asked me to go to ac bus. This time i made a wrong way again. But it s okay. Actually i read at the internet about the routr to kakek bodo waterfall. There are 3 routes frrom prigen , taman dayu or pandaan. I should have go to pandaann and got colt to kakek bodo. But it was that the ac bus did not go through pandaan. Actually it was nit mebtioned at the review. So i stop at taman dayu. I saw that there is no colt mentioned at the internet. So i asked to the small restaurant whether there was a colt stopped but he said just went by ojek. Okay then i asked the ojek driver how much to go to terminal. He said 10.000 and continue by colt. And then he offer me to deliver to kakek bodo directly. And i said how much He says just as you wished. Maybe he know i will protest him because i know the rate of gojek. Well okay finally i ask the driver to ride me to kakek bodo. Actually there are other place tto visit but if i go to another plae i will not have time ti visit to kakek bodo so we have to determine our destination. The road is hiking. I am not counting how many km from taman dayu to prigen. As well i passed by jawi temple. I stop for a while to see what is it looks like. The bulding looks like one of building in prambanan. Dunno why i cant open my camera. Okay i have to save my vattery to capture pictures in kakek bodo. After that we are riding on the way to kakek bodo. Prigen famous with the mountain and pine forest view. There are alot of villas and hostel from cheap to expensive. Just ask ojek driver information. I think hey looks like in batu or bogor. While there i talk with driver ask about some information in prigen . And along way the air is breezing so fresh . I can see the view of mountain. Maybe it is semeru. The view is amazing i guess it s much great than forreign from i see in instafram account of travelling. So i already arrived at kakek bodo. Aat first i want to pay 20.000 but he asked for additionso i pay 30.000 and then i go to the post ask the waterfall officer the path to kakek bodo. And then i pay 12.500 for the entrance fee. I was chargung my battery as well because i dont to miss the view. The route about 400m to get to kakek bodo waterfall. I saw nit much people there maybe because it is fastung month. Then i trekk there is small river with clean and cool water . There alot of trees and species of flowers. What i can isee along the way to kakek bodo is the way looks like a hidden garden because we can see many kinds of plants u dont see in my town. When we are in the mountains area we will not see boting building cars traffics motors. Indtead we can see nature wild animals local people. It was there is cemetery if kakek bodo there. As well a play ground installed in the area waterfall. Maybe if yiu ever visit tawangmangu it s alot easier. But yiu have to be careful everywgere. We dont what danger came up. Dont forget to pray as well. So along the tonthe waterfall i saw trews flower grass really beautful garden not nade by human hands, made by God s hands. How amazing made the nature. There will be around 5 turnings to teh waterfalls after you reach the bridge you will much more amazing view. There is small river comes from the waterfall. You will be soexcited to see it. salam lestari gaesss :D kali ini gw mw ngasih review “wana wisata air terjun kakek bodo”, eitss… jgn neting dulu, “kakek bodo” it’s just a name gaes, kalo asal muasal namanya sih gw blom goggling wkwkwk. Kebetulan trip kita kali ini, kita lg setengah hari kerja tp gaji tetep full :D, alhasil lgsg lah kita otw. Ok gaes, air terjun kakek bodo ni bertempat di prigen, Pasuruan. Pintu masuk wisata ini terbagi 2, pintu masuk sebelah timur dengan jalan yang sangat menanjak, pintu masuk sebelah barat tidak terlalu menanjak, so kita pilih pintu sebelah barat gaesss, biar aman :D. Untuk harga tiket masuk dikenakan biaya 10rb per orang, and then harga karcis parkirnya utk motor 5rb, klo mobil mgkn 10rb kali yaa, maklum gak tau soalnya pas kesana naik motor alias blom punya mobil :D. Lanjut, perjalanan dr pintu masuk sekitar yaa ±2km atau ±15menit (jalannya santai sambil liat pemandangan, cuci mata jg sih wkwkwkwk), tracknya lumayan nanjak tapi alhasil sampai di lokasi Alhamdulillah cukup memuaskan, bagus, sejuk dan bersih gaesss. Ok sebelum gw akhiri review gw ini, boleh lah gw kasih tips nih klo mw travelling khususnya di air terjun kakek bodo ini, cekidot gaesss…. Yang pertama, sebelum berangkat usahakan makan dlu biar ga kelaperan pas nyampe lokasi kayak tmn ane si bos rudi yg doyan makan dimana2 wkwkwk :D, selain itu siapin bekal minum n makanan ringan snack atau apa lah, karna klo sampai di tempat wisata harga makanan dsb melonjak tinggi, jadi siapin tuh biar ga nyesel lagi2 kayak si bos rudi :D. Yang kedua, hati2 klo bawa makanan pada saat tracking menuju air terjun kakek bodo ini, karna selama di perjalanan banyak monyet berkeliaran bebas, so masukin tuh makanan dlm tas, jgn ditenteng, dipamerin, tu namanya sombong, dosa gaesss :D. Yang ketiga, klo emang dr awal niat main air di bawah air terjunnya mending dr rumah siapin pakaian ganti, soalnya di lokasi ga ada tempat persewaan baju renang (karna bukan kolam renang wkwkwk). Yang terakhir tapi diutamakan, jgn lupa berdoa sebelum berangkat dan bersyukur atas nikmat keindahan ciptaan-Nya, keep clean n safety, always be grateful :D. a great and beautiful tourism spot in Tretes, Prigen, east Java. the waterfall is beautiful and calm, not so big but pretty enough. we need to take a 10-20 minutes of walk from the parking area/entrance to reach the waterfall. on the way there we will see a beautiful flower garden where visitors could take photos and we will cross the dense forest. it's easy to reach there because there has been walking track built to make the journey easier. update price August 2020 = IDR...
