Menginap 2 malam disana respon ku lumayan nyaman suasana dingin tdk perlu pakai AC wlpun disediakan juga sih AC di kamar mungkin krn bandung akhir2 ini hujan jadi sdh dingin. Kamar bersih n bergaya sederhana minimalis. Tipe kasusnya juga tdk yg cozy banget tp yah okelah. Untuk kebersihan bagus bangunan lama tp terawat. Untuk swimming pool nya biasa standart n simple banget hanya sampai 1,5m buat anak2 hepi tp kl buat dewasa kurang menarik sih n kaporit nya kuat banget trus berhubung outdoor jd krn efek bekas hujan jd di pool nya ada bekas daun daun berjatuhan gitu di dalam petugasnya pakai haring buat pungut daun2 nya. Tersedia Gazebbo yg nyman krn tersedia bed ukuran queen size gitu di Gazebbo nya jd bs tiduran n ngobrol cantik sambil ngopi ngeteh disamping pool. Untuk restoran cafe nya Sea Como Sea namanya, menu makanan n minuman enak sdh nyoba beberapa rasa oke pas harga standart cafe tdk terlalu mahal porsi jg sesuai tdk terlalu sedikit. Cuman yg buat nggak nyaman lalat2 yg sliweran yg agak mengganggu. Tersedia lilin ala2 cafe tp wkt sy datang blm dipasang pas habis komentar hehe besok paginya pas sarapan baru dipasang 🤭😉 tengkiu anyway. Pelayanan staffnya ramah, senyum mulai menyapa n selalu menawarkan bantuan pelayananya. Terima kasih Pak Yuli Setiawan n Pak Ilham (smg tdk salah sebut yah😊) Staff resepsionis juga ramah n cepat. Tipe kamar yg kupilih medium with breakfast. Ada tipe Drum n suite room. Juga ada unit yg disewakan terbaru yaitu Apartemen disewakan per unit untuk 4 org model minimalis modern tp blm cek dalamnya sih. Di hotel ini sayangnya semua akses dengan tangga dan jalan setapak, jd buat yg bawa anak kecil, lansia atau barang bawaan yg banyak butuh usaha lebih hehe terutama akses ke Tipe Drum yg unik itu tangganya model besi berkelok gitu. Unik sih cuman mau nyoba nginep bareng ortu lansia tdk memungkinkan kl buat pasangan muda mudi honeymoon cocok lah. Trus di area taman juga sederhana disediakan kursi meja kayu n ada api unggun n ada hammock kecil buat nyantai tidur berayun gelantungan. Oh ya ada juga area bermain anak2 yg sederhana ada ayunan, rope climbing n buat latih chest ala ala bisa juga. Dipertahankan kebersihan n tingkatkan lagi pelayanann. Saran saya area dekat dapur yg ada tangga besi harus dibersihkan karen itu sdh seperti gudang barang gitu mungkin sumber lalat2 dr situ krn resto cafe tipe terbuka n nembus ke pool n dapur jd kelihatan semua barang2 yg bergemeletakan tdk teratur. Bagusnya mereka ada buka makanan seperti bandrek, cuanki n tahu gejrot pakai gerobak gitu idenya menarik tp kurang laku siihhh tp mungkin kl rame tamu yah kebeli juga kali yah. 🙏

So basicly the place is unique but the explanation of the apartment a bit unexpected is stating 2 bedroom but at the end its seperated below alone and you have to go outside to go up not directly connected, the room downstairs is very humid feels, all the towel is not clean we found a hair.. and the blacket i think not being change becaue when i check in the morning the right side of the blacket have a blood stain that seems to me they just flip the side but not changing the blanket i try to clean the blood with wet tissue and its clean so its clear they just flip the blanket side..hmmmm.. the bathtub for room 343 is 1 side for changing the water from fauchet to shower is damage so it only can use shower and have an ant surround bathtub.. lady Staff at the reception also not that friendly, at the beginning check in.. and before the lady said will wa once the room ready but nobody contacting even the room ready.. so quiet dissappointed, . Coffee is good restaurant also not bad and not expensive.. hmm cleanest can be improveee change the sheet really please .. Very loud and noisy area.. you listen everything

My husband and I stayed at the drum type room. I was expecting an intimate, private and comfortable room. But this room does not have good soundproofing, I can hear the sound of neighbors footsteps. They only provide few amenities. There were no small refrigerator or kettle. It seems like this room type was designed so that we can feel nature, the wood material, the sunlight coming through in the morning were nice but I did not expect to have a lot of insects inside the room. There were some gecko and when I had some leftover food on the table, it was covered in lots of ants in the morning. I stayed here because I curious about the building’s design but I was disappointed especially by the quality of their sanitary wares. Maybe due to the contractor’s poor work or lack of maintenance. The faucet and hand shower are crooked and rusty, when I use the shower, it flooded ankle deep. There are traces of paint on the wash basin shelf. The staff are nice and helpful. I think this room type is overpriced compared to the quality of the room itself.

Comfortable and affordable hotel with modern and minimalist design. Love my stay here. But still have room to improve. If only they can look into these small few details, it will be perfect 1. I wish there was hair dryer and tall mirror in the room. 2. The hotel do not really cater to vegetarian, wish they could explore more on this. 3. The lighting in the shower is less than adequate at night, yet it was really nice during the day when i can have natural light coming in, hope they install 1 more light there. 4. During my visit, the restaurant looked like they need more hands, the waiter cateered other guest and took too long to even look at us.

With around 500k nett per night includes breakfast for two from Agoda, one can't really complain. Room is big enough for my wife, our 11 months old baby, and myself. Alfamart and indomaret are located just next to the hotel. Many good restaurants and attractions are also located nearby (Maja house - resto, Warung Nasi Saung Pengkolan 3 - resto, Jendela Alam - outdoor attraction, Lembang Park & Zoo - outdoor attraction, etc). Just couple things to add, a fridge, cable tv, and super white clean bed sheet would make you guys 5 stars. Interesting feature: breakfast in room style due to the pandemic condition is an awesome idea.

Located not too far from the city, we're checked around 7is pm so not many room options left eventhough we're booked it prior to the visit. 1st problem was the water in the tub, it ran really slow and not warm at all, then one of my towel was wet. After we called the housekeeping, they fixed the problem right away. My sister's room got the same problem, but until morning the water in the tub still running cold, until they change the room into the luxury one, my sister got a room with a jacuzzi. They were apologizing when we're checking out, so we're pretty much satisfied. Hopefully no such a problem to another guests.
