Genesis Coffee — Restaurant in West Java

Danggggg.... this coffee shop is truly amazing, i usually went through lembang in the midnight for enjoying bandros and bathing with hot-spring water in ciater.

But July 2018, my old-senior-high-school-mate invited me to taste "genesis coffe" at Lembang for the first time, i really didn't know either the place i thought as coffee warehouse ('cause the place itself doesn't look like a caffee or coffee shop from lembang street), is also selling tasty coffee drinks. My mind and feeling popped up when i firstly tried the hot chocolate, it's tasteful. Believe me, the ice cream waffle they made is the best. They sell lots of manual brew coffee (arabica,robusta,gayo, and the other things i don't know either).

The price is just like ordinary coffee shop at all. Range between 20k-50k, it depends on item you ordering.

Don't worry about payment system, they offer anual cash and debit/credit card.

It's so worth it. Have a nice coffee...

Coffee: #1 Pundang Wine, fermentation: very winey, #2 pick : Bajawa:natural ,notes: fruity, wine , light acid, Kerinci, natural: least favorite. Rice tea, fruity #2 pick. Mamasa : notes: light tea slight acid , fruity(when warm). Smooth taste

#3 pick: thank you Gayo Honey: slight acid , fruity , smoothness

The rest were less pronounced: u Puntang: natural : notes : rice tea,ok Padang Honey: notes: faint fruity tea

This coffee roaster is unique and authentic. The rooms are both indoor and outdoor designed rough and ready as an industrial style. It keeps some tons of coffee beans which makes the rooms atmosphere is so coffy! Some variants of local coffee with its original recipes. A cofee lover must try some of it. This was the first time of me for having a coffee from a pyrex glass with views of coffee trees around me planted in pots. So pleasing.
