Really enjoyed this beach. Of course, there are the dancing trees to see - best at low tide, of course, and if you can walk around the corner to the West even better. We went during the day, when quiet, although in the late afternoon I can imagine it getting busy. A few shacks selling kelapa muda. Surprisingly, there don't seem to be food warungs. Considering the sunsets and location, I would have thought that they would have been popular here. Loses a star as if it's been raining the nearby river runoff really clouds the water...I had done some great snorkelling before the rains came but was really disappointed with the visibility (= none!) after the rains. BTW, it's quite a swim out before the coral.....maybe 20 minutes!....the beach slopes...

The site is very popular as a sunset spot. We were there on Monday afternoon and quite many visitors were there, even a pre-wedding photo shot was carried out by non local on the spot We get a clear perfect sunset, its very amazing The reflection of the sunlight and the mangrove on the water surface was stunning. Definitely an instagrammable spot. To get to the mangrove area we have to walk a bit in the water, therefore it is better to wear field sandal/attached flip flop to avoid us getting injured by stepping on something hard or harming the sea creatures (lots of starfish, sea worm, sea cucumber). Watching those creatures while waiting for the sun to set was also fun. There is a snack kiosk there providing tea/coffee, soft drink and...

It was a good place for sunset photography where the main attractions are the weird shaped looking so called “dancing” trees.

Despite the sexy example being shown in the internet, we just realized that the big dancing trees has died off due to the locals carelessness. Many of the kids climbed onto the tree causing the mangrove trees that has an outward roots to easily got rooted out with these additional extra pressure

Now the people are trying to grow back the trees but until the next 3 years you will have to suffice with the existing tiny ones.

Depending on your photograpy level, you can still make do with a cool picture though!

P.S: many stranded blobs of jellyfishes on the shore...
