Extremely nice beach, with no other people around when we were there. Like a paradise!

But the reason for the 1 star is to make people aware of a local farmer in the area. We were driving a scooter, and this man stopped us on the way and said we needed to park the scooter, and walk the last part. So we did, and he said so many times that we needed to follow him to the beach. We found out later that we could drive further, so that was a lie. You should be able to drive to where the steep hill starts. However, he was very smiley during the walk with us, but when we came to the beach after around 10 minutes of walking, he demanded 150 000 rupies and his mood went from smiley to aggressive. I said no way, and he got more aggressive. Ended up paying him 40 000. First time having an experience like that in Indonesia.

So just ignore that man if you meet him, and you will have a wonderful beach...

Love this beach, the walk up from crystal bay was relatively easy just be careful on the way down because it’s quite slippery. There is a little hut selling drinks and small food bits but it is quite expensive and the beds are 150,000 rp so we decided to pitch up on the beach, the only downside was that we were almost attacked by some monkeys that I had to fight off with a stick. They seemed quite aggressive even though we tried to just ignore them and not look at them but they still snarled and ran toward us. Other than that this beach is so peaceful and barely anyone else comes here, well worth the visit. A small warning though myself and my partner went snorkeling and got pulled out by the strong current and had to have someone come in to help her get back to shore. Be careful if you are not the...

I am glad that we were persistent to find the footpath to Pasih Puyung. It is a (almost) hidden gem. It goes along the bike track to Pasih Andus (smoky beach), try to find a footpath on the right side, only approx. 300 m trekking from the main bike track.

It felt like (almost) private beach to us. The wave is rough and it’s quite dangerous to swim here. I suggest to just take a little dip in the water and enjoy the rest of the day sun...

Snorkelling in Bali? It’s a must!! 🤿 Alsoo this audio by Jimmy @deejayjsg was made just for this video how fire is it 🤌🏼🔥 📍Snorkelling in Nusa Penida, Bali Bali is known for it’s water activities so snorkelling was a must! Bali has countless places you can snorkel we chose Nusa Penida - after inquiring with multiple companies at Crystal Bay we finally found a good deal (I think lol). We paid about 400,000 IDR ($40 cad) for 2 people with gear for 4 snorkelling spots with transportation included. It was a group of 15 people but we had a blast it was well worth it! 4 Snorkelling Spots: Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, Crystal Bay and Puyung Bay ‼️ tip: ask around first, negotiate and then decide! People on Nusa Penida are a bit more hardier to negotiate with 🥲 . . . . . #nusapenida #nusapenidaisland #snorkeling #snorkelaroundtheworld #bali #baliindonesia #beautifuldestinations #baliadventure #bucketlistadventures #travelcouple #couplesthattravel #couplegoals #lostcreators #reelsinstagram #reelinstagram #reelkarofeelkaro #bollywood #trendingaudio #wonderful_places #exploretocreate #travelcommunity

This was my second stop on Christmas day and glad i did the hike. Probably the most treacherous walk i have done on Penida. But in saying that i did it the day after a cyclone. The hills in the area have not been altered for tourists, but i did it in bare feet and it was about a 30-45 minute hike from Crystal. Once there i did not see a soul, beautiful spot. The water is too rough to go deep, but a nice spot to float knee deep.
