I got the chance to visit this branch, yay! The spot is very strategic and in the main road access too, you could easily spot it from far away. The staffs are helpful, the place is relatively clean despite of how CROWDED this ice cream shop!! The air con is definitely helping the ice cream to stay in shape and get me freezing a bit, but no problem! As usual i got Jasmine Lemon Tea and the ice cream and i love it! The problem with this place is just the parking area is not definitely ready for cars. Please park your car on public parking space instead of the walking space. 4⭐/5, it was such a fun experience!

Small choice for ice cream which is ok.....service not so good..no friendly at all.no upselling and explaination...ambience not match for the shop...so crowd and noisy...the music was so load...so disturbing.no good ambience....and the floor was seems never wipe, tables was so many left over....so dirty...came on dinner time, 20.15..

Dari segi rasa cukup enak walaupun ada beberapa varian bikin cepet eneg & seret di tenggorokan. Harga cukup terjangkau. Soal tempat agak kurang ya, terlebih soal parkir yg sangat minim. Hanya pas untuk beberapa kendaraan roda dua, untuk mobil perlu ekstra keras untuk mendapatkan parkir di sekitaran area sana. Teruuuuus,, tempatnya juga tergolong minimalis. Hanya tersedia beberapa tempat duduk & meja (gak worth it untuk tempat nongkrong) dan sebaiknya pesan bawa pulang aja ketimbang makan berdiri sambil diliatin orang²..iiiuuuhhh gak banget kan melet² jilat es krim diliatin 😫 Bagi pecinta es krim kondisi di atas gak akan jd masalah. Tp bagi yg ingin mendapatkan pelayanan dan tempat yg nyaman mungkin hal itu akan sedikit mengganggu. So, just try it first. If it doesn't match, find another place 😉

Pelayanan dr kasir terutama lebih di perhatikan ya kak, agar tidak ketus dg customer. Hari ini tgl 3 Agustus 2023 sktrn pukul 12 Siang saya beli Ice corn dan Creamy manggo boba, belum selesai soal negosiasi pemilihan menu, terutama di Ice corn yg ternyata baru bisa bungkus kalau beli 2, yg biasanya beli 1 itu bisa, tapi karena alasan cup habis jadi hrs beli 2 bru bisa bungkus, saya meng-iya-kan dan hendak cancel creamy manggo bobanya namun belum seselai negosiasi menu yg di beli, jadi saya ambil saja creamy manggonya karena sdh di buatkan, namun alih2 saya mendapat permakluman, kasir laki2 malah menyudutkan dg berkata kakaknya tdk nanya cup ice cornnya masih atau tidak. lah...emang saya tahu itu cup ice corn habis atau tidak, jadi malah saya yg bilang kenapa tidak nanya, yg punya service kan pihak mixue, jadi hrsnya di infokan ke customer, bukan customer yg disruh nyari tahu dg bahasa ketus. kesekian kalinya saya berbelanja disini, baru kali ini dilayani dg sprti ini oleh oknum karyawan mixue yg tdk pernah bersyukur atas pekerjaan yg di miliki, yg hanya kerja berdasarkan mood, padahal diluar sana masih banyak pekerja yg lebih bersyukur atas pekerjaan yg dia miliki. 🙏 semoga diperhatikan lagi hal2 sprti ini kk, agar existensi mixue batubulan...
