Just came there their grand opening, first and probably last! The first impression was really very good, everything was ok until I paid for my groceries, Tri Mulya the cashier was very friendly and helpful, but after paying the check man his name was Ferdinand his attitude was really not commendable, he messed up my little groceries using only a basket (not a trolley) what I paid for, up to 3 times he said it was a Lotte's rule, I became uncomfortable with the way he checked my things which were only a few stuff, up to 3 times! Then I said to him, I want to be fair should he also checks the items one by one as well as he did to me to the groceries of other customers who were standing in line behind me, this really embarrassed me in front of many people! Then i noticed he didn't treat other customers the way he did when checking my groceries (hopefully can check on CCTV) its not fair really insulting! Please Lotte pay more attention employees need to be trained on attitude and courtesy so they can respect customers, don't judge customers by their appearance. Its new place and always offering some good deals..but it have some pros cons, pros is that they always have good deals and cz its new so its on clean side..but the cons is its way crowded in the weekend prime time and since the parking lot is not so big so that will be a hassle to find a available space..and i dont know whether its true or not but several times i already tried to find my shampoo brand that my mom used and i cant find it there..so my conclusion is on body care (bath amenity) area is probably not that everything you want is available..but on the other area they mostly offer things that other places didnt have..and for the meal is not my cup of tea, i dont find it tasty or something but for the brownies and muffins i like it there..the taste is right for me for its...
