Curug Cibaliung Jonggol — Attraction in Sukamakmur

The cost of entrance is 25(upfront)+10K(right in front of Curug Cibaliung) ( equal to 3USD) + parking fee 20k (1.4 USD).

The trekking took us 1hour 45 mins (we are a group of 5 with 4 girls). We stopped a lot during the trekking and there are a lot of stalls to get into this place. They did not overcharged the things that they sell, so you can participate buy purchasing their items.

There will be plenty of curug before you came into this place, but Cibaliung is at the top and definitely the best one.

The water is really clean, cold and definitely refreshing. You can also jump from the cliff. The depth is around 4 meter so it is actually quite safe to make the jump.

You can take a shower afterwards at the place near to your parking spot for only 3K...

After the gate where we bought tickets, we went all the way up using motorcycle until the last parking area available so we didnt have to walk very far (passing some parking areas for other curugs as well). The walk down was pretty steep but compensated with good views! At the time of the visit, water was turquoise but rain fell on late afternoon and the water changed to muddy brown. Best to use proper shoes because sandals were very slippery...

27/6/2025: Buat kaum kaum aesthetic jangan kesini pas Public Holiday/Long weekend/tanggal muda. Curugnya rame banget kaya pasar, mau kamera lo sekeren apapun ga bakal bisa bikin footage aesthetic 😂 sebenernya air terjunnya bagus, airnya jernih, dingin, scenery oke dan udara bagus tapi karena rame jadi kaya cendol wkwkwk ditambah banyak yg ikut open trip trekking jadi makin ruame.

Kalo kesini siapin uang cash, bayar masuk 20rb (official no pungli) plus parkir 10rb (libur hari raya besar).

Disekitaran air terjun udah banyak warung harga masih normal, ga usah ribet bawa2 makanan, infonya buka hanya weekend ada juga penyewaan life vest.

Wajib pakai sepatu/sandal gunung jangan pakai sepatu running, sendal jepit atau sneakers bakalan ancur alas kaki lo, sebab jalan ke air terjunnya terjal, licin kalo hujan dan derajat kemiringannya curam. So, siapin stamina, betis ama kaki pasti bakalan pegel naik turun, usahain kalo mau bawa barang se ringan mungkin/lightweight.

Ngga disarankan bawa anak kecil atau bayi, ngeri tiba tiba ada air bah.

Mending kesini naik motor, naik mobil ancur banget jalanannya.. kalo mau naik mobil kesini pakai yg ground clearancenya tinggi dan transmisinya oke, kaya fortuner atau pajero. Ada Innova zenix pun yang jd korban, rem dan bannya bocor kena batu yang tajam.
