Cikanteh Waterfall — Attraction in West Java

Came to Ciletuh on a Monday, Oct 2021. Curug Cikanteh located behind Curug Sodong. In the Curug Sodong Parking Place, there are several local guides hanging around to greet visitors. So I ask one of the guides to lead the way to Curug Cikanteh. This waterfall is very beautiful and offers incredible views. To reach this location, it should take approximately 15 minutes from the sodong waterfall park by walking way via a slightly uphill and slightly slippery road when after rain. This is by far the best waterfall in the area! We went during rainy season so it was very big but also kind of brown. If you go during dry season you can hike up to the second waterfall above it. The hike is a little over 15 minutes through the forest on a path. There are guides there who will take you. You can swim in the waterfall and the water is very clean with minimal trash.
