Hawary Shar Park — Attraction in Bakrajo subdistrict

I have visited this place several times, it's a place that is professionally designed and the idea is unique, a very giant area, of green land in a nice and fascinating place in sulaimania city , the most important thing that separate this park from other parks of kurdistan and iraq is families are allowed to enter the park with their own vehicle, which its the most amazing point of this park , due to the big size of the park otherwise walking around the place would be very difficult even imposible , now every family park thier own cars in the nearest spots to them , so they easily bring everything with them and finally pack the thins with them again , trash cans are provided everywhere, to easily leave the leftovers , but the toilets have not been kept the way it should be its dirty and some parts of the toilets have broken, its a weak point , and prices are a bit expensive, compared...

The park is located at Hawar shar area around 15-20 min. drive from city . It is the largest park in Sulaymaniah consist of 4400 acres land. There are many attractions for recreational activities including visiting of artificial fountain lake , bicycling arena , skateboarding club and particularly Romanian amphitheater. There are other many activities listed on the park map board but in fact doesn’t exist e.g Golfing . A recommended place for family visit , a club car can be hired to avoid exhausting with long walk.
