Big Munster fan, used to have a season ticket for Musgrave park but am now in a wheelchair and unable to get to many matches. The staff are superb, the ticket office kept a disabled parking pass for the L.I.T. car park which is to one side of the stadium. We were ushered straight into my seating area for my chair (which was occupied but he moved them and said it was my designated area as there is a companion seat as well, he also asked some others near me to move back because they were obstructing my view with their flags etc.). And as always the Munster fans were friendly and chatty. Even had some good chats with the Gloucester fans. Great for even small kids, great...
Read moreStayed for 3 nights . Booked in by Susan , very competent and knowable in her job more than helpful . we got an upgrade which was lovely as it was my wife's b/day . The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the room cleaned regularly . chocks as a surprise for my dearest courtesy of mgt. Breakfast very good (ask for a fried egg b4 you fill you plate as there could be a q.) Bar very comfortable . Some of the younger staff just lack that little bit / but nothing to really complain about. Great for a rugby match as its close . Close to the City also. 5/10 min walk.
