Visited with family and friends on a Saturday afternoon. This was an excellent experience for the adults and children alike. Kids aged between 8 and 12. The tour was excellent and Bernard's enthusiasm and passion for Irish history shone through. He was eager to share Irish history and what he has learned from his research freely. Most importantly of all, not only did we all learn so much but this is a rare museum where you can touch the exhibits. Read moreThis was an absolute gem of a find. We arrived in Cashel on a windy/rainy day only to find the rock was closed, but a visit to the folk museum made the entire trip completely worth it. We were given a guided tour around the place. This was done in an engaging manner with loads of interesting details that I honestly never would have known on my own. It's well worth going to.
