It never ceases to amaze me what our ancestors were able to accomplish without TV, the internet or social media to distract them. Definitely take a guided tour of the site - each guide gives a slightly different account so comparing notes can be fun. You probably need close to 3 hours if you want to do the additional tours. A camera is a must on this tour.

Came here first thing in the morning, when its not too crowded. Guides on the site are super informative and on a good vibe. Entrance a bit expensive, but don't give up on this site. In the town there are some pubs and a great thai restaurant.
