Greystones Harbour Marina — Attraction in The Municipal District of Greystones

I was down in greystone on the 30th June on this new pier with my mother and father in law when a group of 15 youths where playing football their when my father in law got hit in the face with the football I wont be going their again as the inlaws are in their late 70s it a pier not a play grounds and for with their dogs running freely without leads and dog poo and around by the pier wall cigarette butts since BJ marine looks after greystone pier it a bity them wouldn't clean it and someone to enforce dog control...

Still developing housing in back but they've done a fantastic job. Less parking than there used to be which is a downfall but there's smooth ground and greenery. The harbour walls itself are a pretty boring and ugly design but it serves its purpose. Walking down at sunset is beautiful though, would definitely recommend. There are markets on Sundays but not sure if it's every week where you can get things from paintings to olive oil. Great sense of community on...

Local fishermen whose families for generations fished in Greystones were told they'd be able to come back when harbour was built discovered when it was finished there was no place for them and a boat repair had been extended into the fishermen's landing space.
