We use to come here at least once a year in the last 5 years and always loved it despite of small issues that appear. Last week we stayed for 2 nights and I was very disappointed. Part of the toilets were closed due to renovation when even before they were open were not sufficient for the hundreds of people staying there. Same thing with the showers. Here there are maybe 6 or 7 and I never found hot water there. I understood it supposed to be around 6 in the evening but even if you find some place by 7.00 pm its over... In the male toilet out of 4 or 5 toilets were open 2 (the rest being locked) my husband said. The women toilets I found them even at 8.00 AM extremely dirty, full of papers all over the floor. All the sinks faucets are old and barely working. In the previous years there was a compressor to inflate the mattresses - inexistent today. There are 2 fridges and one freezer (which can barely be called freezer as it's maybe only cooling something but not freezing anything) All this for HUNDREDS of people. The charging station it's ONLY USB so if you need to use the electricity plug you need to go to the coffeteria where are ONLY two plug sockets which often are obviously occupied. The beach is small and that's OK but yesterday the middle one was basically inexistent as its was full of holes and water and parents and kids used it completely for play and you couldn't find a square meter to sit at least. I guess it's time to do something about it if you still want people to...
Read moreFirst of all, important: You MUST order a place online inorder to get the access to this place.
Cons: Parking lot is dense (too many cars on a too small parking space while each car has a small area. The way to get to your spot is going by a steep hill, not to long but no way you'll get up not full of sweat (or pain if you have any back problems) and you need to use a cart provided on the spot (if the place is full of people you may need to wait until someone else will return his cart). The number of available spots with sea view is limited, I recommend to arrive early if you want to get one.
Pros: The pricing is fair and the cashier service is kind and welcoming, explaining how all this works. The place is planned in such way there's enough space between each "seating spot" so you have some privacy. Music (speakers are not allowed) but guitar is allowed and we put some music from the phone which didn't caused any problems. The showers supply hot water only between 6pm to 8am so take it under consideration (on the rest of the time, the water is freezing cold). The toilets and showers are fairly clean and the toilets had toilet paper supplied when I used them. The breeze and sea view is great (I wish I took some pictures). The lagoons below are clean and clear. There are some small fishes giving small bites on your feet but that relatively...
