דוגמא מאלפת איך הציבור נפגע מגזלנים שמצפצפים על זכיות הציבור : מפעיל החוף והמסעדה תלה שלטים שאסור להכניס אלכהול וגם אסור לשתות אלכוהול . במסעדה בחוף הוא כמובן מוכר בירה אלכוהולית .בכניסה הציב שני בריונים שכל תפקדם לחטט בתיקי המתרחצים ולא לאפשר כניסת אלכוהול (כל סוג גם פחיות בירה ולא רק בקבוקי זכוכית !) גם הפקחים שהגיעו לא הושיעו (כנראה שזוהי קומבינה מהסוג המכוער ביותר של שחיתות אוכפי החוק).ששאלתי מדוע אין כניסה לאלכוהול נאמר לי על ידי שני השומרים ש_"ככה קבע הזכיין של המקום כי זה פוגע בפרנסתו והערבים שמגיעים לחוף משתוללים עם אלכוהול...
