Sentiero Acquegrandi — Attraction in Acireale

I looked for a place to have some quiet time with myself. And that is definitely the one. Now it is no beach at all. It is a wild seashore covered by huge volcanic rocks, but many of them are smoth enough. I spent there three hours all alone (late September), so I even could have a naturist sunbathing. To get there, park at the Ciclope commercial center (free parking and plenty of space). From there in about 10 minutes you get to a little church from where the track begins. También conocido como Acquaranni, cruza uno de los tramos más íntegros de la Timpa di Acireale. Su entrada se encuentran la lado de la pequeña Chiesa di Nostra Signora dell'Aiuto, alcanzable desde el arrabal de Santa Caterina o desde Santa María delle Grazie.
