The beach is a 5 star, the way to it... its a journey, down is tiring and 30min, up is more tiring and about an hour including stops.
The path down is officially closed due to high risk of rock slides. If you watch your steps and there is no group directly above you I'd guess it's fine. DO WEAR GOOD SHOES, near the end there is a metal rusty pole sticking out of the ground. This is right where the metal fence begins (or ends if you go up).
The beach is clean, black sand / gravel.

Read moreThere are 600 steps leading to the beach, so we really recommend taking hiking shoes, since the terrain is quite rough sometimes. However, the beach isn't inaccessible. The only difficulty there is that once you get down, you unfortunately have to climb the 600 steps up, which can be a challenge in summer heat. No shadow available though and as it is very natural beach, no facilities there. Speed decline from the village (about 30min on rather broken stairs) to decent to the beach.
