⚠️ Warning to anyone considering Adventure Park Le Pigne ⚠️

Our family had a very disappointing experience here and we strongly advise avoiding this place. • The road and path to the park are long, unclear, and involve a very hard climb to a remote location. Once you arrive, there are no proper places to sit, not even for a quick rest or to eat a sandwich. • We came as a big family, including children and a grandmother. Before the kids started their activity, we sat on the grass and ate sandwiches we had brought from home. We did not use the bar, its facilities, or even their garbage. • After the activity, when we went to pay, we were shocked to find that they charged us higher prices than what was originally stated, and on top of that they added an extra fee of 3€ per person - including the grandmother - just because we ate our own food on the property. • When we questioned this, the two young staff members insisted this was legitimate as it follows their policy.

The activities themselves may be fine, but the hidden price increases, extra fees, lack of facilities, difficult access, and unfair treatment of families make this park not worth visiting.

Mi spiace scrivere brutte recensioni, ma più penso a come è andata e più mi rendo conto di come sia deluso. Non tanto per il posto, molto bello, ma per la gestione.

Porto mia figlia di 3 anni, piccola, mai fatto una esperienza del genere. Senza nessuna indicazione e consigli alla cassa di cosa può fare e soprattutto dei relativi costi, la imbragano e la fanno salire sul percorso completo.

Dopo nemmeno 15/20 minuti e nemmeno a tre passaggi dalla partenza, perché non sapeva più andare avanti, tra le lacrime e spaventata (ci sta, è piccola, era da mettere in conto sia da parte nostra che dei gestori) decidiamo di farla scendere.

Pagato 16 euro, prezzo pieno, come se avesse fatto il giro completo di tutto quanto l'impianto.

Per carità, è stato applicato rigorosamente il prezzo da listino a quanto pare, giusto, ci mancherebbe.

Ma vedendo il tipo di cliente che hai davanti, piccolo e timoroso, dovresti con la tua esperienza preoccuparti di dire bene i costi dei relativi percorsi e soprattutto consigliare cosa fare, ben sapendo che un bimbo così piccolo potrebbe rinunciare quasi subito.

Ma soprattutto dopo essersi sentiti dire alla cassa " si è piccola, provate a farla salire e poi in base a quel che effettivamente riesce a fare facciamo pagare" mi vedo applicare il prezzo pieno, senza batter ciglio.

1 tentativo di 30 minuti massimi di esperienza totali vissuti, inclusi i tempi di vestizione. Assistenza zero a parte il breathing e la fase di recupero. 16 euro. Alla faccia.

Mi rivedranno solo quando avrò una figlia più grande e in grado di sfruttare appieno il costo da sostenere. Perché così, scusate, ma è...

A nice adventure park with different gradings to ensure children and adults alike can enjoy the experience.
