Cave des Onze Communes Soc. Coop. — Attraction in Aymavilles

Had a great experience while visiting Italy! Some things to note: you .must make a reservation. We stopped by in the morning and came back at 5. Had a 1 to 4 person tour of the cellar...really cool....the winery has been part of a local cooperative since the 80s and had a lot of modern equipment. Wines were excellent. They have high tech stainless steel equipment but age certain wines in barrels...and get this, they age certain wines in granite from Monte Bianco...crazy...the wine tasting was excellent and casual. We paid $20 euro..although we bought a bunch of wine at the end.....worth the...

A nice place with wine tasting and sales. Also they would make a cave tour for groups of 10+ people. Nice wine. Their higher-end (20+ euro) wine is sold only in their network and in the restaurants, not in supermarkets. And the common ones - 7-10€- costs here around 2€ cheaper than in local...
