Had a 1 to 4 person tour of the cellar...really cool....the winery has been part of a local cooperative since the 80s and had a lot of modern equipment. Wines were excellent. They have high tech stainless steel equipment but age certain wines in barrels...and get this, they age certain wines in granite from Monte Bianco...crazy...the wine tasting was excellent and casual.
