She showed us around the ancient restored olive oil mill, explained how you make a high quality oil and taught us how you can taste different types of oil. It was fascinating and fun to learn about how they produce olive oil now and in the old days and get to practice how to define a good olive oil. It was very informative, pedagogic and joyful with good food! Be aware it’s not a wine tasting per se where you taste many different whines.
