IndianaPark Castellana Grotte — Attraction in Castellana Grotte

This park was amazing. They have a wide variety of courses for various levels of explorers. My 5 year old was readily able to understand and use the young persons safety system. The courses for her ranged in difficulty from super easy to extremely difficult and requiring grown up support. The two most difficult courses support both grown ups and kids on the same course (two different safety systems)

The adult and older kid courses range from mildly challenging to headscratchingly difficult. They are all fun and achievable. The safety system is the standard magnetically linked double clip system. The owners have also thrown in a zipline pulley to speed up the ziplines and reduce wear on the safety clips.

The staff is knowledgeable, personable, patient, and involved. They keep a sharp eye out on the courses and look to help where needed. At one point, they helped my younger child across a particularly difficult obstacle, and recommended that I go up with her for the rest of the course. They also have English as well as Italian speakers on staff.

Bathrooms are clean and use water, not chemical toilets.

The negative, there is no food for purchase here. Bring your own. But they have plenty of shaded picnic tables and will watch a packed lunch if you...

Siamo stati in qst parco avventura sabato 2 novembre;essendo quindi un sabato di ponte,e presumendo un affluenza consistente,ho provato a chiamare per chiedere se fosse possibile prenotare un orario in cui usufruire del barbecue in dotazione.al numero di contatto non ha risposto nessuno,salvo poi ricevere un messaggio preimpostato con indicazioni generali.alla mia richiesta scritta riguardo il barbecue mi hanno risposto con un secco "non è prenotabile".Ma va bhe......arrivati all ingresso ci riceve un Signore di mezza età che in maniera frettolosa e poco chiara ci fa pagare una cifra abbastanza altina.... per poi,tra calcolatrici e intuito,capire che oltre ai 23€ a bimbo abbiamo pagato 5€ per adulto....ma va bhe anche qst(che va bene...ma basta semplicemente dirlo)..... Imbragano i bambini, fanno un breefing di spiegazioni sull uso dell imbragatura e ....ciaoo ciaoo.....andate a divertirvi.....noi andiamo a sederci nel gabbiotto. Ora....sono percorsi veramente fatti bene , nulla da dire; i bambini vengono messi di fronte alle loro paure e per andare avanti,sono costretti a superarle; travi ,corde e voli con carrucole in uno spazio verde e alberato meraviglioso. Ma sono del parere che ,qnd si tratta di bambini che devono seguire delle regole, ci vuole una supervisione esterna,oltre a quella del genitore nei cui confronti a volte il figlio o figlia dimostra indifferenza (xchè a volte presi dall euforia,dagli amici dall allegria del momento....col cavolo che aspetto che il mio compagno davanti finisca di passare sulla corda per poi passarci io).....al contrario,un responsabile esterno viene preso più sul serio e non si rischia di incappare in situazioni di "non ascolto"......pena l esclusione.Quindi io genitore,devo stare attenta a mio figlio,all imbragatura,al contingentare i vari passaggi per scongiurare situazioni di pericolo e ti devo pure dare 5 € .....non dovrebbe funzionare così...... secondo me dovrebbe esserci un supervisore a ogni percorso che controlli l andamento dei bambini,con genitori presenti certo..... Per il resto rimane un parco avventura assolutamente valido ,anche x la presenza di più barbecue (non specificato né sul sito né nei messaggi ricevuti) e varie zonee...

The place has everything they advertise - picnic place, that's actually in shade, nice entertainment for kids, staff, that speaks very good English and is really helpful in case your child gets scared in the tree tops. Our daughter needed a rescue, and after that we were told to go to even more difficult route, which made us feel that it's ok if your kid is scared, this is normal, and they are there if we need them. Also the place is very clean, the water/coffee is cheap (1 EUR). Definitely a great place to visit with kids. A strong recommendation. From there it's a 20 min drive to...
