BAVA winery and wine tasting was recommended by our hotel in Asti, unfortunately the experience was not, what we expected. We arrived at the winery and instead of a wine tour in the cellars and a professional wine tasting experience, we were sitting outside on a terrace, when it was 32 degrees, and drinking wine, with very little explanation or information about the wine, family history or any other useful information. BAVA offers excellent products, taylored to the contemporary life style. I had the chance to taste most of their wines especially the Alta Langas and the Barberas, which I found squisite and sophisticated with a velvet touch and easy drinkable.
