I visited the "Parco delle incisioni rupestri" in Grosio last fall, and it was a great experience to see the stone-age drawings on the surface of the rocks (not, as I somehow had expected, in a cave). I was the only visitor at the time, and a young guide was so friendly to offer me a tour and to explain to me the origins and the meaning of the drawings. The site also provides wonderful views of the valley and its opposite side. A visit can be combined with that of two adjacent medieval castles. He explained patient under Covid condition (with Mask) all the History and regional facts. Also he told us honestly about not certain pre-historic aspects, that Investigation is still ongoing.
