Perfect winery tour with true wine-lover Davide. Very informative and passionate introduction about the wine and Trentodoc production process. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une visite privée sans doute puisque nous étions en semaine. Anne, la guide, nous a très gentiment expliqué l'histoire du couvent tout près de la plantation de vignes. Les explications étaient claires et adaptées pour des néophytes comme nous et il y avait place aux questions. Elle s'intéressait aussi à nos origines et la relation était amicale quoique sérieuse et la rencontre bien structurée. Par la suite, nous avons visité leur magasine de vin, qui laisse entrevoir un côté luxueux mais chaleureux. Finalement, les dégustations de vin étaient simplement extraordinaires, des goûts très différents de ceux que nous avons d'habitude de goûter. On savourait chaque vin avec grand plaisir.
