Long but narrow beach, can get very busy in peak season. Free but limited parking available nearby. Can have beautifully clear waters and gets wavy with Mistral winds. Sandy bottom so generally safe but beware of currents. Rip generally heads out at beach extremes so you if you go with smaller children stay central so they are safe.
Can get rather dirty, i always took a bag with me to collect rubbish from the beach i found. Please be responsible and carry your rubbish home with you (and anything else you find). If the bin is full leaving the beach DON'T do what everyone seems to and just leave your rubbish on floor near bin. They are infrequently emptied and your plastic will more likely end up blown into the sea long before anyone...

The sea is so clear and you can spot baby jellyfish and small fish, the sand surface once you get past the pebbles is so soft on your feet and the water temperature is perfect.
