Spiaggia Is Piscadeddus — Attraction in Crabonaxa/Villasimius

Very nice beach in Villasimius! Super clean water, sandy beach. Crystal clear 🩵 It is also protective from the wind because even though the weather was windy and it was silenced at the beach. So on a windy day, it can save the day!

It is less known than others in the town, and I think it makes it better since it is not crowded at all.

10 min away (walking) from the bus stop “capo boi”, if you are coming buy bus. The line 101 from ARST come here. I attach the return hours. We took the bus from the Cagliari bus station, and the bus tickets can be directly bought from there.

Keep in mind that there are no places to buy water/food or anything. So you have to come prepared but it makes it a secluded place.

I came here with my family on a wednesday on the last week of May and there were only 4-5 groups. So it is way better than the busy beaches. Very calm and peaceful....

Our favourite spiaggia!! :) Not so many people, small sandy beach with cristal clear water! So many little fish just around your legs! If you are snorkelling next to the big rocks, you can see various fishes, tiny jellyfish, rays, and so on. There are no renting beds and umbrellas! :) Only the pure beach and you! At the evening we were just alone with my husband. The way there is not the easiest , you need to wear shoes or good slippers. There is one -two steep parts, but manageable. Lovely...

Veniamo a Villasimius da alcuni anni, e dopo aver girato l'intera Sardegna riteniamo Villasimius una delle più belle località di mare dell'isola. Ci piace perché coniuga un mare stupendo, ricco di pesci grazie all'area marina protetta, a tutti i servizi. Rispetto a tante altre località sarde, le cui spiagge sono affollatissime, a Villasimius e dintorni è ancora possibile trovere spiagge semideserte anche ad agosto. Ovviamente occorre cercare tali spiagge e mettere da parte la pigrizia. Una sorpresa di quest'anno è stata la spiaggia Is Piscadeddus: non l'avevamo mai notata se non dall'alto della strada e pensavamo che i sentieri di accesso fossero complicati... è ci sbagliavamo! Sicuramente non è una spiaggia comoda da raggiungere come Porto Giunco, ma in compenso è un vero paradiso di tranquillità. Si tratta di più spiagge separate da scogli di granito, la più grande in direzione Cagliari misura circa 150 metri di lunghezza, mentre le più piccole nel lato verso Capo Carbonara, alcuni anni fa non esistevano in quanto divorate dalle onde. Le spiagge sono poco frequentate non solo per la scomodità dei sentieri di accesso ma anche per i parcheggi limitati lungo la strada, e sono in corso dei lavori per la creazione di nuovi posti auto. Per scendere sono consigliabili le scarpe da ginnastica o i sandali da trekking. Non ci sono servizi, quindi è bene...
