I rarely put restaurant reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience from tonight. I am a food enthusiast and admit I had high expectations for the place before going. I will start with the great service because it's worth noting that the lead waiter and his team were absolutely excellent. Now the food. The food was shockingly below average. The menu looked so great and carefully curated but what we got was the worst meal we've had in Sardinya and possibly the worst quality/price Japanese I've had in Europe. Although the plating and presentation matched what the menu and the price was indicating, the restaurant lost credibility with the freshness of the produce, asian sauces with no character and textbook cooking mistakes. I was also surprised to read later that the menu itself was curated by a Michelin star chef. Sad that the food didn't live up to the hype. The best part of the meal was the lovely staff who should bear no fault...
Read moreI visited this restaurant last weekend, booking our dinner through The Fork. Upon arrival, we were informed by the waiter that the only option available for the evening was a fixed menu, and we couldn’t order à la carte. Despite this, we decided to stay for dinner. The location is pleasant, and the food was good. However, the service left much to be desired. Although there were plenty of staff members around, the level of attention was lacking—for example, I had to pour the wine myself.
Overall, while the ambiance and food were commendable, the service and lack of clear communication were disappointing so I wouldn’t...

Sauces arrived 15 min after the main dish, no idea how those taste.
Starters were okay, sometimes good, the service was not good and not worth did not pour in more wine if your glass was empty. This is expected in this price range, we’re talking Zurich prices.
Atmosphere is like at the beach, these lucky guys somehow scammed the hotel to get the top spot, otherwise I cannot explain this quality gap.
All in all: not worth the money and the menu should be revised, the waiters should receive...
