Cantina Imperatori — Attraction in Frascati

An unparalleled, 100% out-of-the-ordinary EXCELLENT experience for wine aficionados and amateurs.

New on-the-scene in Frascati, Cantina Imperatori has reset the bar. Passion distinctly prevails, and character clearly matters.

Each of the 5 wines we tasted was delicious in its own spectacular way. The deeply interesting ‘Amphora’ wine, marked with an elegant red wax seal on the bottle, is unmissable to ponder. It was my favorite, but the competition was steep.

I recommend pairing the wines with the delicious local products proposed by the winery, or you’ll kick yourself that you didn’t. Reserve in advance with Nina, a most gracious hostess, capable sommelier and winery tour guide who speaks fluent English.
