Un castello che dalla sua fondazione ho subito diverse influenze dovute alle varie dominazioni: da quella greco- bizantina a quella dei Saraceni fino all'ultima della famiglia dei Ventimiglia ultima a goderne. Oggi si presenta solo come un rudere che grazie ad un ottima ricostruzione fatta al computer possiamo capire come era un tempo.
