Le Cinciole — Attraction in Greve in Chianti

What an awesome and surprisingly personable experience! Maybe we were just used to wine tastings back home in the states but the level of attention and knowledge Alessandro gave to us was pretty unmatched anywhere else we’ve been!

We decided to take the Beyond Bio tasting tour and were surprised that we were the only ones there. Alessandro proceeded to take us through the vineyards, explaining everything from the organic growing conditions to the soil composition and anything else we were curious about. He took us through all the processing areas, fermenting tanks, aging tanks, etc and ended with a wonderful tasting of everything we had just toured!

He was extremely attentive and treated us like we were old friends coming back to tour the vineyard. He kept an eye out for when the farmers were coming back so we could see the final harvest of 2024! So we got to be apart of that process too, it was such a cool experience!...

Initially, there was great communication with this winery. I contacted them by email to make our appointment. I later confirmed by email. The morning of we spoke by phone when it was obvious we would be late. The tasting room was easy to find by maps. Our host was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were given a tour of the vineyards, wine making facilities and storage room. When we tasted their 5 available wines, they were all fabulous. There were clear differences and nuances to each wine and we loved all of them. I strongly suggest if you are going to be anywhere close to Panzano, make time to visit this wine. I will be buying more of their wine...

My wife and I toured Le Cinciole in July and had the most amazing experience and greatly enjoyed this beautiful small, off the beaten path (literally!) winery. Our hostess Jlenia was beyond enthusiastic about the wine and very knowledgeable. Our tasting was casual and enjoyable with many laughs, as if we had been friends for years. We were able to taste a great selection of wines and get intimate details on the journey of each grape and various DOCG aging methods. The wines themselves were top notch and very expressive (We took home 10 bottles!) The tasting was easy to book and Jlenia was very responsive. I would highly recommend...
