Punta Mesco — Attraction in Levanto

Punta Mesco offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ligurian Sea and features scenic hiking trails. It can be reached in less than an hour from the beach. While the trails are relatively quite easy and well paved, but some areas can be a bit steep. Nonetheless, it's a picturesque spot to appreciate the beauty of the Italian Riviera.

Lovely views at various spots hiking up from Monterossa direction to this spot. Took us about 1.25hrs to hike up here from Monterossa - someone fitter would most likely do it in much less time. Going down was much quicker - about 40 minutes. There were ripe strawberry trees and Holm oak along the way. Information boards on these plants along the way. There are ruins here. After going this scenic spot I would recommend everyone visit this place. It is quite a hike all uphill and steps about halfway through. However, the view you get once you make it all the way to the top is unbelievable! Pictures do not do this place justice so if you are up for a tough hike definitely add this place to your list.
