Doggy Beach — Attraction in Lignano Sabbiadoro

Best dog beach ever! Breathtaking location, super cleaniness, well-equipped, everything is just PERFECT! Also, the staff is great, all the people who are working here are amazing, I would highlight Stefano, who helped us with everything from the first moment and he always has a nice smile on. The bar is great for drinks, coffee and food, we've tried almost everything as we've stayed here for 8 days. Actually, I'm writing this on our 7th day. Everyone is welcoming and great hosts. The beach is clean and great for swimming for humans and for dogs also. Your own area has enough space, it doesn't feel crowded even when it's on full. There's a playground for kids also. Niente da dire per quanto riguarda la spiaggia e i suoi comfort, siamo già stati clienti altre volte ed è un posto molto bello e pulito, ma non si può dire che sia altrettanto bello il trattamento che riservano ai clienti! Prenotato un recinto De Luxe per 3 giorni dove invece che una caparra per confermare la prenotazione è stato preteso il pagamento della somma TOTALE del soggiorno. E va bene, paghiamo, tanto avremmo dovuto darglieli in ogni caso no? Ahimè purtroppo le previsioni atmosferiche per quei 3 giorni non erano delle migliori, e vedendolo in anticipo ci attiviamo subito per capire se fosse possibile spostare la prenotazione nei giorni successivi, dove invece le previsioni davano pieno sole... no, non è possibile, tutto pieno. Ma non ci perdiamo d'animo, e allora chiediamo se fosse possibile che le giornate già pagate venissero ridistribuite in altri giorni, diversi da quelli richiesti inizialmente... no, non è possibile neanche questo. Dopo una bella conversazione al telefono, ci siamo sentiti dire dal titolare testuali parole: Io non posso rimetterci Stiamo parlando di un importo esiguo (120 € per 3 giorni, a me non pare tanto esiguo!), che era ridicolo fare "questioni" per così pochi soldi (quando comunque nessuno stava facendo questione, si stava semplicemente chiedendo di venirci incontro, anche pagando il disturbo) Nei miei anni di esperienza ho imparato che il meteo non è affidabile (?????) L' attività è mia e la gestisco come voglio io, quando Lei avrà la sua attività la gestirà come vuole Lei! È lei che vuole tagliare corto (quando gli è stato fatto presente che comunque nessuno pretendeva niente, semplicemente gli si stava chiedendo una cortesia, ma lui comunque non era disposto a parlarne)

Alla fine di tutto il titolare non ha fatto assolutamente nulla per venirci incontro, e ribadisco, I SOLDI LI AVEVA GIÀ PRESI, non si è minimamente scusato per il disagio ma anzi, è stato di un'arroganza assoluta, mai stati trattati così in altri posti prima... senza parlare del fatto che è vergognoso che non abbia neppure tentato di risolvere il disagio e ci ha detto "fatti vostri" (per non essere volgari, ma ovviamente ha usato altri termini) per aver perso i soldi! Non ci si comporta così, è una vergogna! Dovrebbe decisamente rivedere l'atteggiamento verso i clienti perché non è per niente...

BEST of the BEST!! We stayed at VIP fenced area for the last 6 days (Sunday till Friday) and it was overall a fantastic experience for my wife, our dog (british bulldog) and me. My bulldog could roam around within our own fenced area and we did not need to worry about his leash/him being stressful due to big space! Staff is very friendly and the place offers great service for food/drink with affordable price and to us it’s the best beach for people with a dog. Your dog can swim and play at anytime and other guests are also very friendly and understanding.
