Tarzan Beach — Attraction in Maratea

Top experience, I've been here 20 years ago, the beach was totally free and very wild without any kind of service! 2 days ago I found one of the best sea side and beach I've seen around Italy and during my trip outside Europe! 1, the beach was very clean and organised well looked after the lifeguard Bruno. 2 Bar and restaurant, very well handled from the whole staff, there wasn't space for us at lunch so we decided to grab some takeaway and eat on the beach, insalata di mare was very good as the rest of our meal, maybe just the piadina undercooked ( I spent 6 summers in Riccione ). 3 Price, average for Maratea. 4 and the most important point, I left my sunglasses at the bar while I went to grab some beers, after a few hours I realized it and I was already like, I lost them, my friends encouraged me to go and ask which I did, Persol sunglasses 250 pound kept behind the bar from the staff! I usually don't give such negative judgments because I respect the work of others and I also understand the difficulties that can occasionally happen. Solitamente non è mia consuetudine dare giudizi così negativi perché ho rispetto del lavoro degli altri e comprendo anche le difficoltà che possono occasionalmente capitare. Ma quando, a fronte di una evidente disorganizzazione, non si ha nemmeno la delicatezza di chiedere scusa e allora divento intransigente. Preliminarmente a raccontare l'accaduto voglio esprimere una considerazione. Non siamo né a Portofino e nemmeno a Porto Cervo. Siamo in un lido balneare normalissimo e siamo a Maratea. Cosa giustifica un primo dal costo di 22€? È vero, l'attività è stagionale ma nemmeno si può pensare di fatturare in 3 mesi quello che i colleghi che stanno aperti sempre fatturano in un anno. Comunque questo è un altro tema. Prenoto un tavolo per 2 per le 13. Arrivo con 5 minuti di ritardo. L'ordinazione viene presa alle 13,45 (dopo altri tavoli che si erano accomodati dopo di noi). L'antipasto arriva dopo 15 minuti e alle 14,30 (quando iniziava il secondo turno) i primi non erano ancora arrivati. Abbiamo deciso di pagare quello che avevamo preso e siamo andati via. Non si sono degnati nemmeno di chiedere scusa. Altri clienti nella stessa situazione. Un'attività stagionale non può arrivare impreparata al primo appuntamento dell'estate.
