Spazio Epoca Milano — Attraction in Milan

Short version: Way too noisy. I mean WAY WAY TOO noisy. This place was NOT meant to be a disco.

Long version: Access 5/5: on entry EUDCC ("Green Pass") was checked on all guests. Excellent. Entry cost: For 20 euros we got food +1 cocktail + dance floor. A very good price point.

Food 3.7/5 Very good to be a "serve yourself" model. Not a wide choice but good catering with nice and polite waiters cleaning surfaces and tables. Clearly beyond expectations for a dance floor.

Cocktails 4.4/5: Well done: Mojitos had fresh mint leaves muddled at serving time but everything else (like strawberries were just syrups). Alcoholics in the cocktails were in the right proportions: excellent. Scarse choices of beers and the worst part is that I tasted almost all of them (in the bottled versions) but they were far below average. Stick with the cocktails.

Dance floor 4/5: Being the whole place basically a big open space, tables can be arranged to accommodate a variable number of dancers. We found the size of the dance floor to be appropriate for Latin American dances.

Live music: Good we appreciated style and song selections but they were proposed at a volume ABSOLUTELY NOT compatible with the size of the whole place. Complete lack of study of sound displacement and power output. We couldn't talk to each other while having dinner, headaches sprung across the guests and our ears rang for a considerable amount of time after we left the place, but I stress again: it wasn't a metal live concert or a disco but a dancing lounge. The words "completely disproportionate audio volume" are an understatement: It has ruined our experience because we couldn't interact with each other. I confirm 2 out five stars but according to other guests it deserved zero stars and we won't be back to this...

I went there with 3 of my friends during our holidays in Milan, it was definitely a super nice experience!

The jazz concert was very cool. A good surprise in a very nice setting (it was presented in the garden the Spazio).

The garden is cosy and relaxing. The apperitivo was tasty and having a good selection. And the employees are so nice! The owner is simply the best as well, he was very kind with us and even offered some drinks after we braved the thin rain to keep watching the amazing performance of the musicians :)

It rained a little bit but it seems that in Milan it is never too strong and lasting more than 5 minutes. Plus, the staff can offer umbrellas if needed.

Siamo state ieri sera per cena con successivo ballo; la cena era a buffet e devo dire che, per quello che ho mangiato, era tutto buono. Molto carina la ragazza del bar che non ha battuto ciglio alla mia richiesta di un cocktail analcolico in quanto non reggo l'alcool. Mi ha proposto un mojito analcolico, fresco, buonissimo e che si sposava bene con le pietanze da me prese. Musica dal vivo con ballo molto coinvolgente (qualche passetto l'ho fatto pure io). Non mi è invece piaciuto il fatto che ci fosse un solo bagno agibile, tra l'altro senza serratura. C'era tanta gente, non è possibile avere un solo bagno a disposizione sia per uomini che per donne. E' l'unico motivo per cui ho dato 4 stelle perchè per il resto non ho nulla...
