Laghetto di Terra Nera — Attraction in Porto Azzurro

Lake and beach in the same place! The beach is like many of Elba, with medium and colored pebbles, glistening black sand and crystal clear sea. The lake, of mineral origin, is of fresh water, sulphurous, warm and green. A long time ago people went there to cover their skins with sulfur-rich mud, then the access was forbidden for a few years, but now it is again possible to take a bath, even if it is a bit disturbing as there is no more than 40 cm of visibility. Even reaching the place is prohibitive, in fact there is little parking and you have to walk a little, but I think it's worth it. Beach not equipped and very rustic, nevertheless I spend at least one...

Luogo magico come d' altronde lo e' tutta l' elba, rammenta vagamente ( per me e' anche piu' bello), "El Lago Verde" di Lanzarote. Il laghetto e' frutto di depositi sulfurei della vecchia e oramai dismessa miniera, stupendo il contrasto cromatico nonche' la tranquillita' della caletta. Per raggiungerlo consiglio vivamente di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio gratuito adiacente alla bellissima spiaggia di Reale e percorrere il breve e panoramicissimo sentiero...

È un luogo che lascia solo sognare..distesi al sole tutto luccica... dicono x la presenza del ferro...il laghetto di un verde incredibile ... la spiaggetta e l'acqua di azzurro dalle mille sfumature vicino alla riva è bassa il giusto per fare immersioni con la maschera ed ammirare i fondali ... E l'ho trovata per caso... e per caso all'Elba ogni luogo ti lascia senza respiro...
