RESORT CAPOBIANCO — Hotel in Porto Azzurro

Would like to start with saying that we (a family of four) had a great time at Capo Bianco, it is a very relaxing place with gorgeous gardens and swimming poor with amazing view on the sea and the cliffs. The area is very well maintained, personnel are friendly. The place is 5 min drive from Porto Azzurro with many restaurants and shops. Our apartment and the territory overall was very clean.||Something to keep in mind though... The public road to the resort was closed, and we had to go around on a gravy road (they send you the access map in advance). We were a bit disappointed that we were in the "row house" apartment (and not a separate house as shown on the reservation pictures). You had to wait long time to have hot water in the morning, the breakfast had enough choice but the eggs and sausages were cold. The reception lady did not mention that the fridge had electricity switch, so our food got rotten. The check-out is at 9am...||All in all, i would expect better organisation for the 300 eur per night price of the family apartment - but if they manage to improve their organisation it will be a...

Our stay at Capo Bianco exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was lovely, they were accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. The resort is perched on a mountain with stunning views of the sunrise and sea. The property is meticulously landscaped with an abundance of tropical flowers and trees, making it difficult to want to leave the resort at all! The pool area is beautiful and clean. The swim up pool bar made for an extra nice afternoon after a day at the beach. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious! Our apartment was also very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen for those choosing to prepare a meal at home. We especially loved the patio area and the oversized chaise lounge, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, take in the views and relax in the evening. We (2 persons) stayed for 14 days in this resort in July 2022. It has been completely renewed this year. Our apartment (Deluxe Suite) was really lovely. It is separated from the other apartments and has a large terrasse with a fantastic view of the sea. The Reale beach and also the Barbarosso beach can be reached from the resort by walking withing 5 and 15 minutes. The people working in the resort are all very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed twice the dinner in the new restaurant. Most of the time we cooked the dinner ourselves in the kitchen area of the apartment. The resort has a nice pool area.
