Tortuga Beach — Attraction in Rimini

Ok, so you can reserve your umbrella in advance. Even where you want to settle. The beach is superclean. The water... not so much. There was no blue water when we were there. It's more like algae, greenish. The temperature was comfortable. You can't get too deep into the water, though. As for the restaurant, the food was really good! But when it came to the bill. They confused themselves with what we ordered. Even though every table has its own number. So it shouldn't go wrong. The girl at the desk refused or didn't speak English at all. So, in Italian, she goes through a whole list of things we have ordered. Since we ordered in English, and we presented her our table number. We presumed all was fine. But the bill got all kinds of stuff on there that we didn't order at all. So we had to go to another girl, who does speak English, to explain the whole situation. She said we had to listen more carefully to what the first girl said. We told her that she only speaks Italian. We got our money back. But, if they just write down the correct stuff for the correct table, all would've been fine. And never blame your...

Premetto che sono andata solo per delle colazioni comprese nella prenotazione in un hotel che la offriva lì viste le restrizioni, ma mi sono trovata davvero male. I primi due giorni ho anche voluto prenderla un po' sul ridere, essere comprensiva, ma trovarmi per tre mattine consecutive la cameriera impreparata sulla disponibilità delle paste presenti o il non sapere se ci fosse o meno disponibile l'opzione ginseng mi ha leggermente infastidita. E si è raggiunti il culmine quando alla terza mattina sono stata letteralmente lasciata senza cibo e con mezzo bicchiere di succo. Ci è stato detto che la disponibilità per la colazione dell'hotel era limitata fino alle 10:30 , e qui mea culpa, erano le 11:00, me ne assumo la responsabilità ma è IMPENSABILE che un bar non abbia più paste alle 11 del mattino o che tratti con tale freddezza un cliente. E quando mi è stata menzionata una variante salata mi è stato detto però di doverla pagare a parte. Sono rimasta davvero senza parole, soprattutto dalla saccenza con cui la stessa cameriera colta sempre impreparata, dopo consulto con il resto del personale (situazione che mi ha messa davvero a disagio) è venuta a sottolineare la questione dell'orario. C'è modo e modo di dire le cose, i clienti non vanno trattati in questo modo. Inutile dire che poi non hanno nemmeno cercato di rimediare, non so, aggiungendo del succo allo scarso mezzo bicchiere che mi hanno servito. Vorrei ricordare a queste persone che io la mia colazione l'ho pagata prenotando in hotel e sono stata trattata in modo davvero imbarazzante. Umanità zero. E la qualità delle paste serviteci non era neppure così entusiasmante da poter "giustificare" un tale atteggiamento altezzoso. I bomboloni erano un po' secchi e i cornetti avevano poca farcitura - buona però la crema. Bella la location, c'è il mare, ma...

Nice beach but unfortunately ruined by service at restaurant. We went for a drink prior to them serving food and they struggled to even seat then because tables were reserved at 2.15 and it was only 12!

We then booked a table with the main hostess who said she was fully booked and only had 2.30pm available which we took. We left went to beach came back at just before 2.30 only to be told its a 45 minute wait.

Clearly it's popular but a bit of organisation would go as far as increasing and driving efficiency. Wouldn't recommend unless you have a booking...
