Cantina Manconi — Attraction in Tèmpiu/Tempio Pausania

Absolutely amazing experience visiting this winery - so warm and welcoming, growing family business, knowledgeable and so accommodating! Louisa did a fantastic job showing us the production facilities, explaining the stories behind the wines and sharing her family vision for this wonderful place. Her brother prepared a delightful and absolutely delicious variety of locally sourced appetizers (it was enough to count as a lunch). We tasted 5 wines they had at this time (generously poured) and were blown away by the high quality and splendid flavours and aromas (especially considering they are organically grown)! The atmosphere of the Sardinian charm at the cantina was perfect for wine tasting! We would suggest making a reservation (we did by email), so they can plan accordingly and dedicate all their attention to you when you are there. We definitely recommend visiting this lovely country...

I can not say enough about Cantina Manconi and our experience. We were driving from Bosa to La Maddalena and I wanted an authentic wine experience. Boy did we find it with Nichola and Pietro. We sat in the back winery room which we actually preferred because we had 6 best friends. We chose the shorter wine tour because we were traveling that day. It was supposed to be 1 hr but 3hrs later we were still there and did not wnat to leave. We had an extraordinarily good wine experience at Cantina Manconi. The vineyard is situated in peaceful and scenic surroundings. We received an expert tour of the beautiful facilities where the wine is produced. Afterwards, we tasted five fantastic wines - two whites and three reds, all with fine balance, plenty of character, depth, and complexity. The wines were accompanied by local cheeses, sausages, and specialties. Truly delicious and beyond anything else we have tasted.
