Me and my wife had the most incredible day here! We had mistakingly arrived on a Thursday when our actual booking was the Friday, but they still were able to squeeze us in that day. We lucked out as it ended up being just us and our host, Chiara. She was an absolutely amazing guide, and even better human being. Super knowledgable with the wine making process and the different wines they offer. She was happy to answer all of our (dumb) questions too!

The wine was superb too. We don’t typically like white wines, but this was some of the best white we’ve had. The reds were terrific as well, of course. We ended up going home with two bottles of the Madonna Della Querce, which we plan on opening for a very special occasion, 15-20 years from now.

If you are visiting in the Montepulciano area, this is a must see. A beautiful property with incredible staff, and delicious wine. Thank you Chiara for giving us a memory of a lifetime!

If you want to visit a truly impressive winery in Montepulciano, this is the one. The location is a short drive outside of the town, once you enter the grounds you already feel that this is a special place. Everything is done top notch, the buildings, the architecture, the equipment, the tasting room, and the small amphitheater just outside of the cellars. The barrel room is amazing with its large 3000 liter+ oak barrels from Croatia to the numerous french oak barrels. Very informative tour, friendly and accommodating staff. I tasted the whites and reds, all top notch, high quality wines at a very fair price. The amount of wine I wanted to buy was unfortunately limited by the baggage allowance for international flights.
