The Grapevine by MANVI - Organic Winery, Agriturismo and Yoga — Attraction in Unione dei Comuni Valdichiana Senese

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The unit and beauty of the property exceeded our expectations. We would have stayed two weeks if we could.

Some highlights: awesome pool with amazing views Very comfy King sized bed Great pillows and bedding, towels and pool towels property is very serene and has an amazing view AC in bedroom and bathroom Giant Jacuzzi bathtub with pillows, jets, lights and music Newly renovated unit with beautiful modern furniture, fixtures and lighting - Free bottle of their wine Water cooler w/ carafes for fridge - Wine glasses & mugs Great fridge, and Nespresso machine in the unit -We also did the winery tour and really enjoyed it. owners and staff were fantastic close to Multipulchiano which is an awesome little medieval town with great shops and restaurants.

Cons The typical Italian (meats/cheese/baked goods) breakfast was good but would have loved a hot breakfast/eggs but understand the additional complexity of this.

-Difficult to get to town we had to take a local cab which costed 40€ for return. Hosts provided cab numbers and the cab drivers were fantastic so it was very easy to get around, just a bit expensive.

-a bit difficult to get to as well definitely recommend a car, not possible to walk from the town even though it says 20 mins, it’s very hilly with dirt roads but I’m sure this is true for most of Tuscany.

-There could have been a bit more pool seating, there was only one good spot to tan and one umbrella, the other spot was under a tree where there were some grasshoppers and stuff around there.

We booked and paid for the property for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the heating of the room was not working and the temperature was below 5 degrees. The room was freezing! The AC was faulty, the electrical heater provided could not be used due to a burning smell, the central heating was very weak and would stop working if someone (even from another room) was having a shower, as all 3 rooms share 1 boiler. They told us that a handyman will come to fix the problem while we were out for dinner and once fixed they would call us. By the time they called it was too late (past 10 pm) and had to check into another hotel as we were very tired after a very long drive! The next day we went to collect our belongings and left. ||Unfortunately, we have been asking the hotel for at least half of the refund and they have been ignoring us since the end of November 2022! ||I highly doubt they didn't know about the heating problem before our arrival but I will give them the benefit of the doubt, the fact that they will not even reply to 1 of my emails regarding the refund is unacceptable behavior and customer service. ||We booked the stay through booking.com, we also opened a dispute through them but they are ignoring every...
