Villa San Carlo — Attraction in Verona

My experience with Villa San Carlo wine tasting has been one of the most impressive ones in Veneto. The wineshop is really close to the city of Verona, and I decided to have this wine tasting one Saturday morning. I was positively impacted by this amazing restructured old factory building where Stefania welcomed me. I tasted 3 red wines starting with the Valpolicella Superiore DOC and finishing with the Amarone. The wines are very elegant and have a perfect complexity in the mouth. Зашли случайно, прогуливаясь тёплым вечером. Несмотря на то, что мы пришли под закрытие, нас тепло встретили и провели дегустацию. Не узнали как имя девушки, но очень приятная беседа была. Вино - классика зоны Вальполичелла! Несмотря на то, что вина производятся в новой зоне, но владельцы придерживаются классического взгляда на виноделие, и не бегут за новым трендом «сладость в вине».
