Parco Cinque Sensi — Attraction in Vitorchiano

Very nice experience in the nature. Once you get there it is a big tricky to find the entrance but keep going, you have to cross the train tracks! Me and my family did the basic walk without shoes and my daughter really liked it. The price is only 8€ (there are other tours available and also tents for camping to rent). As we arrived we made are own little dough, rolled it on a wooden stick and cooked on the live fire. It was actually very cool! We then started the walk. The guide was very prepared, friendly and polite. He took us around and explained a lot of things, as you walk the are some area where you can step on to feel different materials. We went during a calm period so I didn't have to book in advance however I gave them a call before just to make sure. Once the walk is done there are tables where you can stop to have lunch, (bring your own, there is no food there to buy) there is also a little play area for kids and a kiosk to buy few drinks. Amazing experience. My girlfriend and I went to parco cinque sensi last month, and we had an amazing time! When we arrived, we had a very nice lunch at the parc. Then, we started our interactive tour with Paola, our guide. Walking barefoot in the forest make you feel connected with it. We went through different walking path. I personally been very surprise by the “peat bath” and very sad about the “corner of shame”. Even if my girlfriend is Italian, and could translate me, Paola explained everything in English. Partiamo dalle cose che non mi sono piaciute. I prezzi sono alti e per una famiglia di 4 persone e' una bella spesa. Noi tramite groupon e pranzo al sacco siamo riusicti a contenere i costi. Sono risultate poche visibili o nulle le indicazioni per raggiungere il luogo finale. C'e' un cartello ad inizio via e poi si va' ad intuito. Si accede al parco attraversando la ferrovia! dificile con passeggini, mi chiedo come un diversamente abile posso arrivare fin li. Parcheggio auto nullo o limitatissimo, abbiamo posteggiato l'auto davanti la stazione di Vitorchiano in uno slargo ma poi nel pomeriggio l'autista del pulman dei trasporti locali ci informa che quella era un area di manovra quindi non si poteva parcheggiare. Servizi, unico bagno chimico ed e' ubicato a tipo 5 minuti a piedi dal parco, raggiungibile tramite sentiero nel bosco (non vi dico che lungo il tratto qualcuno forse se le' persa per strada). Il Parco e' molto spartano ed e' posizionato sopra una collinetta all'interno di un bosco, all'inizio c'e' una casetta per l'accoglienza, si prosegue area risciacquo piedi, piu' avanti e' posizionata bar/cucina ed area giochi bimbi. Tutto intorno sono disseminati qua e la tavoli per posti a sedere (capacita' max dicono 150 persone). Il percorso si snoda ad anello intorno al parco e ci si impiega 20 minuti. La guida gentile descrive passo passo quello che facciamo. Finito il percorso abbiamo partecipato al laboratorio del pane. A i bambini la cosa e' piaciuta e si sono divertiti, sono stati a piedi nudi dall'inizio alla fine ed hanno giocato con l'acqua e fango.
