Jamwest Beach Park — Attraction in undefined

so we booked the excursion with Air Transat at the resort Grand palladium Lady hamilton , they told us we could book the excursion snorkeling and go to the ricks cafe jump off the cliff and all, they had two days of the week was only adults if not the rest of the weeks was with children , we decide to take adult only , so it would be more « quiet no children screaming and all »The morning of the excursion , we waited at our resort for the bus , we were not at the place apparently they were looking for us .( this is not the fault of jamwestbeach so far we arrive at jamwest beach the driver said he will be the one taking us to at the end of the day , now we can go eat , and there a shop etc . ok we were wondering where we go for the boat 🛥️ and all so we asked the driver whats going on, he said we stayed there for 2hours .. that we didnt know about that. we thought we arrive take the boat go snorkeling right away … but no wait to hours ok… the restaurant at the beach they had a dj we couldnt even talk with the waiter we had to scream in her ears 👂 and EVEN THAT we had hard time to understand … i understand party but there party and party … you know . arrive at the 2hours they called us to go at the boat , me i thought was only my bus 🚌 with us so maybe what 20 peoples … no we were maybe 80-90 on the boat . we have to be in the water to go on the boat our bag got wet i realize that my stuffed where touching the water i took them in my arm . but embarking* was not the best solution. , i arrive in the boat i couldnt even find a spot to sit down with my fiancer i had to be next to the speaker inside . it was wayyy to loud in our ears , and its funny cause i wasnt the last one to go in the boat they had maybe 30 people after me so good luck to find a space…when the lifeguard asked us for the lifevest the guy couldnt even reach us to give it so we didnt have it , i had to asked him the vest when it was the time to go snorkeling , we didnt see ANY FISH NOT EVEN ONE ! the weither was grey but nothing so we were okay , as soon as we started to be in the water rain started , ( thats ok we understand) after storm lightening … at first i was ok but after that was getting dangerous. in canada storm lightening your inside not in the water . they were two french people there was working not in vacation and they told us that they talk to the captain 🧑‍✈️ and said its getting dangerous get back the people inside the boat . i saw a old men having a hard time to swim , i looked my fiance and told if no one go get him ill go help him! this excursion its not for the old people and people with weight sorry to say it like that its dangerous . when we get back to the boat , first we loose our under water camera in the water . we asked the captain to bring us back we wanted to ended up here . SINCE THAN , the picture of the CAPTAIN OF THE BOAT down here was getting mad cause we wanted to end the trip. we are not going to pay 190$ to be in the storms and lightning ⚡️ dosent make any sense . make money and they dont care for your safety clearly ! we saw a other boss on the boat go talk to this captain and we saw his rudeness, he cut him off talking and say apparently we sign something and we knew it would be a boat party but that its not true . since this no smile he had a very trashy attitude . i would not recommended this captain AT ALL.the other guy was okay i have nothing to say about them they were still having fun and all but him was trashy mood. very a big turn off . no space to sit down . everyone was twerking on everyone THE CLIFF dont get fooled by the picture its nothing . its not worth it , they stayed at the ricks cafe for 1hour and arriving over there they said you want food order it fast it can be long to get it. how does that make sense to get off the boat and get into ricks cafe you have to go on other boat IT WAS SHAKING ! the guys was holding all our hands and tell us to wait until the boat safe enough to go on it , we had to sit down tight with others , and they did 2 trip with that boat . DO NOT GO THERE ! SAVE...

We visited Jamwest to do the horseback riding as a mother daughter experience and added on the zipline as a bonus adventure. At our hotel Secrets Wild Orchid we were told that the horseback riding weight was 250. When we got there we found it is 240. That basically wrecked our excursion. My daughter had to go ahead without me. To make matters worse the gentleman that drove me back to the waiting area slowed by every worker he drove past and they asked why he was bringing me back. He would say to them boom boom boom and they would look my way and say ohhhh yeah and laugh. Making me feel incredibly horrible. Mind you our family owns horses so I am not inexperienced. While I appreciate the thought for the horses well being, the care of their customers is not there! To add to this matter when I arrived back at the waitng area I was told by an employee that my portion of the riding would be reimbursed (as I had already paid for the entire excursion- we are required to) and to speak to the representative at our hotel. When we arrived back to the hotel I some with the jamwest representative and she said the same thing as the previous employee had at the park. She told me to come back in the morning and find out the amount that was to be returned. So I did this. When I went back the next day to find out my reimbursement amount, the representative called someone, and then said that I was told the correct wrought and would not be reimbursed. She would not let me say anything otherwise. She showed me a waiver form and said that was that. So not only did I not get my money back, I didn't get to do my excursion and I was made a fool in front of several employees. I have reported this to the company as well. What will they do to correct this? I'm doubting they will even care! But save yourself from this excursion! Go swim with the...

This is the worst place I have ever been to. It was my friend’s birthday and the experience was straight up SHITTY. We did mind the place being boring as we could talk and entertain ourselves. Anyways we try to get our order in and take some photos, instead of the staff doing their jobs, everyone including the manager came and grouped up right next to the Photo Booth looking at us talking and laughing, it was the second turn off for the night but we ignored did our thing and went on with our thing. Got our meals the food was AWFUL, cold, lacking taste and flavor one of my friend shared with the server that she couldn’t eat the meal the server sent the manager over who had absolutely no customer service skills at all!!!! No little empathy, no care nothing. She only responded “would you like something else?” Legit the only words when she came to the table, I’ve never seen that before in my life!! My meal wasn’t good but because we had so much complaints I tried to chill, the mixed drinks had no taste whatsoever, everything is just fresh and short of flavor from food to drinks, by the time u had 2 pieces of wings and tasted my drinks my tummy was hurting. This place ain’t ready yet, staff needs customer service and hospitality training, chef and bartender needs training too. Owner you need to send out mystery customers or something and gain feedback to upgrade the thing cause maybe when you or your family go there they take special time with your meals and drinks or maybe your taste buds are...
