Reggae Tours Jamaica — Attraction in Montego Bay

I was nervous about making arrangements for hotel transfer, because sometimes reviews on the internet can be very misleading. I am pleased to say that the reviews about Reggae Tours Jamaica are absolutely true. Even before we left for our trip I received a confirmation about our pickup and realized I had made a mistake on the date due to us taking a red-eye flight, so our pickup was actually a day later. I called them panicking thinking they wouldn't be able to re-schedule, but after a five minute phone call it was taken care of without a fuss. Once we arrived in Mo-bay we went directly to their desk in the airport checked-in and was escorted to our ride. Again, no fuss. Our driver was the best. We had a great conversation all the way to the hotel in Rose Hall. Totally impressed so far. On our pickup day going back I thought no need to really hurry, because they aren't going to be on time anyway, right? Wrong they were right there on the spot at the quoted time and the driver was even looking for me in the lobby. Did I feel stupid. On the way back to the airport the driver kind of took his time letting us soke in the last little bits of Jamaica was good, because we honestly weren't ready to leave JA. At the airport the driver helped with our bags and made sure we got in ok. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Reggae Tours, especially after reading some of the other company's reviews. We booked Reggae Tours for our transfer from airport to Iberostar Resort. The girl at the counter waited on us immediately, no waiting. She called the driver and within a few minutes she walked us out to his van and introduced us.

Our driver to our resort was Dane. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. and he had the nicest smile. Although I've been to Jamaica several times before, he still gave us great information I hadn't known before.

Our transfer back to the airport for departure was Gregory. He also was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed out some new things I hadn't known about either. I had him laughing so much as I told him some of my "adventures" on previous trips to Jamaica. He thanked us repeatedly for coming to his country and sharing my joy with friends and family back home.

I recently became a Travel Consultant and had a choice of many transfer companies in Jamaica. A friend referred me to Reggae Tours. I would definitely recommend both Reggae Tours and our drivers (Dane and Gregory) to friends, family and clients and would request either one for my next trip, which is already planned....

We used Reggae Tours for three transfers -- from the Airport to Zoetry, Zoetry to Moon Palace Ocho Rios and then Moon Palace to Jewel Grande Montego Bay. We had the same driver, Mr. Wilson, for all our pickups and he became a friend. He was prompt and personable and went out of his way to take care of us -- even dropping off to pick us up some authentic Jamaican patties and also stopping by a shop so we could purchase some playing cards. He was so knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts with us along the 90-minute drives to/from Ocho Rios. He is not only an excellent driver but very kind and always greeted us with a smile. We could not have asked for better service! I am a travel professional and will definitely use Reggae tours for all my personal trips to Jamaica and for my clients traveling in the area.
