I saw this place on an NHK show and then saw on our way to dragon quest Island. Figured we had time in the day so we stopped by. We took a bus from dragon quest Island to the service area and then had to walk over a bridge and through a tunnel to actually get to a service area. The ferris wheel takes about 15 minutes and cost 800 yen per person. Throughout you can see beautiful sides of the main island all the way from the southern edges of Osaka to past Kobe to the West.
