Today was the first day I experience "MEGA DONKI" and I LOVED it! I can't give it a 5-star review as we only spent about 2 hours here and a good chunk of that was watching our kids play in the 3rd floor play area. Overall we had a good experience, although it was a bit overwhelming when I first walked in there. There were so many things all over the place and sale signs that were fighting for my attention and yen! I found a few great deals there and I will definitely be back!

Such a cool place to find everything and anything! I could stay in here all day and still not see everything. It might look overwhelming at first but it's a great place to find what you need and even things you didn't think you needed 😉 They have Diaso and a great grocery store. Go dive in and find everything from shoes, clothes, toys, fitness equipment, gadgets, skin and beauty products, home goods..... the list is endless

ここで家電は購入しない方が良いです。TVを購入し設置して貰いましたが配達のオジサンは更に上乗せ料金を搾取。領収書は後で送ると言っても本来料金を取るべき物では無かったので最後迄送って来れなかった。（その後、領収書がいつになっても送られて来なかったので店舗に連絡し自宅迄返金しに来た。） TVは不良品で音が出ない、NetflixやU-NEXTやAmazonプライムビデオやYouTube等、途中で中断してしまい見る事さえ出来ない。地上波も映らない等、最初から不具合ばかりだった。メーカーも最初から対応が悪いのは、こちらも承知していますが、最後返金処理の段階で設置料金は返金しないと。。設置したのだから？3ヶ月間、再設定等ずーっと時間を取られ修理預かり等、殆どTVとしての機能を果たして居ないのに設置料金は返金しないと最後迄強気な姿勢でした。設置、設定とは！？キチンとした販売店でキチンと購入しないと確実に毎日嫌な思いをします。 エンジニアさん曰く修理の方しか見れない裏コマンドでしか出ない画面が普通に出て全く起動しなかったTV画面を貼り付けますので是非、ご確認お願いします。 全く動かなくなり、コンセントを抜き差しして（2ヶ月の間に90回程抜いた）フランフランで購入したXmas仕様のルームランプがそれによって壊れてしまい中のラメがクルクルしなくなり、ただのランプだけ付くようになってしまった。。 嫌な思いも沢山したし、TV以外にも損害ばかりです。 武内さんには最後の電話で『設置はしたので！商品の返金のみです( ｰ`дｰ´)ｷﾘｯ』 と随分と高圧的に言われましたが。。私が何か？ドン・キホーテ綾瀬店に何かしたのでしょうか？何かした報復ですか？ ずーっと放置しれていたのでもう、いい加減返金対応して下さい！と普通に話しただけだと思いますが。。 普通に常識的に自分の立場に置き換えて考えて接客し言動には気を付けた方が良いと思います。

Such a cool place to find everything and anything! I could stay in here all day and still not see everything. It might look overwhelming at first but it's a great place to find what you need and even things you didn't think you needed 😉 They have Diaso and a great grocery store. A good one stop shop, have a bit of everything. Plethora of random merchandise, from apparel, cosmetics, toys, electronics, appliances, gadgets galore, to groceries. Don't live in the area so didn't explore the grocery section at the bottom floor too much, but could not pass up on 100yen a piece fresh-baked goods and strawberries for 280yen a package, on the way out.
