Gaunzan Eigenji Temple — Attraction in Daigo

It is beautiful in the spring too. The Temple is facing east, and behind it is a hill covered with venerable trees. I was there around 4-6pm, so the trees were just caressed by the evening light, and the entire grounds were bathed in that gentle atmosphere. The grounds are meticulously arranged with trees of all kinds, flowers with many colors, statues ranging from the intimidating to the humourosly silly, trees of all shapes and colors, stones that are worth a closer look. Because the light was so gentle, everything seemed different depending on where I looked it from. Mesmerizing, captivating, serene. I was really impressed by the level of care involved. The trees are trimmed to perfection, or left to themselves, but even that freedom seems under control. Then I wandered past the tunnels of leaves and flowers, up to the graves. 紅葉がきれいでした、少し行くのが遅かったようなきがしました。10月18日日曜日晴れ、10時にきました、もみじ寺に、紅葉を探しに来てみました、いくらか、赤みがさしてきた所もあります、お客さんはまだ少ないです、駐車場なんですが、いつもの、離れた所にある駐車場、有料の、まだやっていません、私はお寺の駐車場にとめました、無料です、御朱印帳にかいてもらった、人がいて、まだ少し早いですね～といったら御朱印帳を見せてくれて、今のうちに、書いてもらわないと、紅葉時期になると、書いてもらえないから、といっていました、御朱印帳、書いてもらいたい人、早めに、来てみたほうがいいみたいですよ、 10月27日火曜晴、12時30分に、もみじ寺来ました、今日の目的は、やはり紅葉、それに、御朱印をもらうこと、やはり、シーズン中は、忙しくて、御朱印は書けない、と言ってました、いまのうちなら、書いてもらえます、あと、大事な紅葉、私が見たところ、三分の紅葉ですね、今日も、マイカーが、途切れ途切れに、駐車場にはいってきます、やはり、来るお客さん、紅葉の話をしながら歩いて来ます、お寺の本堂、今石屋さんが、工事をしています、お賽銭箱には、行けませんでした、社務所で聞いたのですが、いつ終わるか、私もわかりません、といわれました、紅葉の、見頃は、もうすぐですよ。 ...
