Cape Erimo Rest-House — Attraction in Erimo

We were prepared to be blown away by violent winds that are well known at Cape Erimo but instead were pleasantly greeted by a calm and sunny seascape. 2020.10.18初訪問 駐車場無料 入館料大人300円 営業時間は事前にホームページで確認した方が良いでしょう。今の所は以下。

※休館期間あり（12、1、2月） ただし初日の出スポットなので元旦だけは午前5〜午前8時まで開館 又、荒天日は臨時休館の事も有り

5月〜8月は9〜17:30入館可 3月4月、9月10月11月は9〜16:30入館可

1,000頭ものアザラシの生息地を一年中観測出来るライブカメラ有り（自分で操作して向きを変えられる）

岬を一面見渡せるガラス張りの展示ルームには無料の望遠鏡がいくつか設置されていて、強風や寒さを気にする事無くアザラシを観測することができます。

望遠鏡にスマホカメラをくっつけてアザラシ撮影してみたよ！

冬期間は閉館ですが、元旦の朝だけは開館していて初日の出をここから見る事が出来るようです！ 階段状になったこの部屋に座るとまるで 宇宙船のコックピットに座っているかの様な臨場感です！宇宙船のコックピットに座ったことは無いけど（笑）

自然写真家さんの撮った映像の上映、 様々な展示物。グッズ販売コーナーでは 工作体験、コンブボートVR体験？！ （見落としていてVR体験しなかった！）

襟裳の強風を体験出来るコーナー。 風速25m/sに向って前傾になるとスキージャンパーの気分！ ジャンプした事は無いけど（笑） ※風体験は毎時0分〜だいたい5分、 毎時30分〜だいたい35分の開催なので、 時間に注意してね！
